2. Patent Pending Status (Invention)
The functional design and technical innovations of our inflatable dugout are currently protected by a pending patent application.
UK Patent Application No. GB 2601428.2 This application covers the proprietary construction and utility of the product. Any attempt to manufacture, import, or sell a product that replicates the technical claims of this application may result in legal proceedings for infringement upon the grant of the patent.
3. Registered Design Protection (Appearance)
The unique aesthetic shape, configuration, and visual appearance of our products are protected under UK design law.
UK Registered Design Application Pending We have formally filed for design protection to ensure the exclusive rights to the visual identity of our inflatable dugout. Upon registration, these rights are backdated to the filing date. We actively monitor the market and will take immediate action against any "look-alike" products that create the same overall impression as our protected designs.

Safety, Maintenance and Warranty
1. PRESSURE & INFLATION MANAGEMENT
This product utilises 0.6mm PVC air beams with a 20cm diameter. Correct pressure is the most important factor for safety and durability.
RECOMMENDED PRESSURE: 3 – 4 PSI
This range provides optimal rigidity and comfort for users.
MAXIMUM PRESSURE: 6 PSI
DO NOT EXCEED 6 PSI. Over-inflation voids all warranties and can cause sudden seam failure.
Thermal Expansion Warning: Internal air pressure increases in heat. If the Pucker Bench - Marc #2 is inflated in the shade or during a cool morning, the pressure will rise as the sun warms the beams. Monitor pressure and release air if the beams feel overly rigid during peak heat.
2. ANCHORING & WIND STABILITY
Standard Anchoring: The unit must be secured using a minimum of the 4 ground D-rings at all times.
Wind Conditions: For winds between 5–10 mph or higher, you must use the provided guy/guide ropes to provide lateral stability.
Extreme Winds: Deflate the unit immediately if wind speeds exceed 24 mph (38 km/h).
3. THERMAL SAFETY (DARK COLOURS)
Black and dark-colored PVC absorb high amounts of solar energy.
Surface Temperature: In direct sunlight, dark surfaces can reach 60°C to 75°C (140°F – 167°F).
Precaution: Always test surface temperature before use. If too hot, use a towel or splash with water to cool the material.

5. 3 YEAR MATERIAL WARRANTY
Puckering Sports Inflatables Limited provides a 3-year warranty on material integrity and manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms:
Shipping: If an item is returned for inspection or repair, the customer must pay all delivery and return shipping costs.
Strict Exclusions: No refunds or exchanges will be given if the product is damaged intentionally or accidentally through:
Stabbing, slashing, or cutting with sharp objects.
Burning (cigarettes, embers, or open flames).
Over-inflation causing "shock burst" failures.
All units are factory pressure-tested for 24 hours prior to dispatch to ensure zero manufacturing leaks.
6. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Cleaning: Use mild dish soap and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners as they damage the UV coating.
Storage: Ensure the unit is 100% dry before long-term storage. If packed away when wet, it needs to be pumped up again and dried out within 24 hours of being packed when wet. Trapped moisture causes material rot and voids the warranty.
7. REPAIR KIT INSTRUCTIONS
Your Pucker Bench includes a repair kit.
Locate leak with soapy water. Dry area completely.
Cut a round patch 25mm larger than the hole.
Apply glue to both surfaces; wait 2 mins until tacky.
Press firmly together and work out air bubbles. Wait 24 hours before inflating.
